## Questions

- **Can I change levels?** Anytime. Levels are per location: mix them across a group.
- **When does billing start?** After your first 30 days. We take a card up front and bill nothing until the free window ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- **What counts as a location?** One address I read and brief. Groups get a note per location, or one rolled up: your call.
- **Does the pass act on its own?** No. Every action waits on your approval, with the undo window stated inline. Nothing runs on its own.
